Need to go from BLENDER file to STEP file.

Morning…a newbie to BLENDER. Can anyone convert the attached to a STEP file? I am weening myself from my other CAD programs but would like to interrogate the file a bit in a program that I am a bit more familiar. Thanks.

I worked on this for a while and did not come up with a good solution. I hope someone can figure this out.
