WYSIWYG Thread editor jumping cursor location with styled text

When using the Bold, Italics or Underline tool, after disabling the formatting style, pressing any non-character key will always jump to the second-to-last character that is styled. Example:

Pressing Backspace at end of line:
This is italics and this is not italics.
This is italic and this is not italics.

Pressing Enter at end of line:
This is italics and this is not italics.
This is italics
and this is not italics.

etc.

There are also some more glitches like this when editing, such as the cursor moving to the initial position even though the italics/underline/bold has been removed.

EDIT: Using Google Chrome Version 36.0.1985.125 m

Even when pasting that at the end of the text field, it pasted it at the beginning for some reason…

I’d like to update this and say that in Firefox the problem doesn’t exist. I think it was only Chrome Canary.
Unless someone fixed it.
