Hello everyone! New member here… I’ve used blender in the past many times and I had no problems with it! but now i’ve downloaded the latest version from the official web site, and it just won’t work! I’ve downloaded both the regular installer version and the zip version and they don’t seem to work! I click on blender, then the CMD window appears and immediately turns gray ,and a window pops up saying Blender has stopped working …

I have an i7 4770k, a GTX 760 and 8 GB of Ram…
I have windows redistrubutal 2013 thingy installed as it says in the blender web site…

have you tried downloading a zip / graphicall build?
I’m guessing it’s something on your local machine - try a 32 bit zip, then step up to 64 bit installer if the 32 bit works.
