Video Sequencer - How to export rendered movie with audio track?

In the Render / Output settings choose the appropriate video and then audio codec settings (there are some built in presets). The press the Animation button render

Thanks, I appreciate the many answers you’ve provided. I was trying to render with an .avi file setting that didn’t have audio codec outputs. Dooooh!
