I have just posted a question to the Blender and CG Discussions and I have put a URL to a tutorial into the post, which is not allowed for newcomers. My post does not appear in the forum. Do I need to post it again, or will it be reviewed and permitted?

No need to repost, you’ll notice it was reviewed by a mod and permitted. Unfortunately spammers make that step necessary, but a few posts under your belt and you’ll forget it ever happened.
