The new Cyles GPU 2.71 Benchmark

Hi all, the new benchmark file for Cycles.
It is based on the Cornell Box.
It is GPU only.
My thoughts about:
I would like to test my GPU not my CPU, so low poly and no post processing to keep the CPU usage very low.
The tile setting is optimized for one or two GPU, most user have only one card.
This file is a bit heavier than last benchmark file, some textures, more polys.

Please don´t upload images, render time and specs only, as stamped.

Please use official Blender 2.71 only, we can compare performance better if all use the same Blender version.

Open file, hit F12, write down:

OS
GPU
Render time like xx:xx.xx as stamped.

Please write minutes:secondes. I had to edit every second post in last benchmark thread manually.

My results:

Opensuse 13.1 64 Bit

GTX 760 4 GB

GTX 560Ti 448 Core

And the race start again, mib.

@Wig42, hehe, could you post single render times too?
Will start new spreadsheet soon.

Cheers, mib
EDIT:
Please use this format:

Thanks mate, Ive updated my original posts with single card times too. I’m kinda suprised how the 780 on its own is nearly as fast as both cards. Looks like I need to start saviving for another one to replace the 580.

Cheers, Wig

Hi, it make a lot of work to edit the spreadsheet.
On this page alone are 3 malformed time entries!
I cant copy and past and have to correct all manually.
Blender use this format:

00:00.00

It cant be so hard, cheers, mib

I’m amazed that to cut my render time in half, I’d have to spend over $600 CDN, taxes in. For that amount, I can buy two used computers and build a small render farm, perhaps cut the time down to ~1:00.00

What would be very interesting is to see a BI version (or as close as possible) of this scene and get speed comparisons between Cycles and BI.
