v 2.71 camera sensor presets

This was quite a surprise to see Iphones and such having their own presets for camera sensors, yet Canon Vixias, Panasonic (pro sumer / consumer) does Not. 2 VERY large manufactures at the 500-1200 price point which I bet many have one.

I realize that there are so many presets available, but really Canon Vixia has a large line on the market, with subtle changes between the models…IGE “G” series “HF” Series, “M” series, etc Basically the same sensor though as far as size goes.

Just a suggestion is all…

Complete agree with these statements. I have an M series and have wasted so much time trying to find the right settings. Did you ever get anywhere with this? Thanks

Look in your camera specification sheet in the manual or 35mm equivalent

Look for the “Window” tab under “EDIT”. you should see the option to select “Presets” from there. That is where it is inLW 9.5. Hope that helps
