Any way to get rid of space between UV seams from exported UV Layout?

This has happened to me so many times. I don’t know what to do about it. All I’m doing is making a sphere with a wireframe texture to make a shield effect. To do that all I did was use the UV layout itself as a texture. But there’s these damn spaces in between my UV seams!

I tried the usual method of filling in the margin with a neutral color but it doesn’t work since it makes some lines thicker than others.

I’ve dealt with these so much that I’m getting sick of it. Is there any way to finally get rid of these spaces between my UV seams?

Here’s an screenshot of what’s happening, remember that I’m using the UV layout itself as a texture.

Are there any ideas on how to fix this?

Could you post a screenshot of your UV coords?

I think if you change half the edges on your UV map so that they line up just on the inside of the outer edges you will be able to get rid of this double seams. This might be a time consuming task however, and im not quite sure how hard it would be for the final result to line up correctly
