Affecting RigidBodies/particles only in custom region

Hi. I was working and work in maya but i like blender for it’s power but i have one little problem.

I dont know how to affect objects in custom region. Maya have an option in fields properties to switch into a volume region and simulation will be affected only in this region (i.e. cube). How to do this in blender? I want to simulate a rigid bodies and i want to define where particles or RB will be affected in space. How to do this?

Interesting…constraint influence based upon volume proximity.
