need help on some details

ive made a mesh and need someone who is way more advanced than me to sort it out.
i was wondering if someone can take a look at it and point me in the right direction in how to fix it.
ive tried and tried, but everything i do makes it look funny.

You definitely should check the tutorial that is linked in my signature. The .blend1 file is not different from the .blend file, no need to put files to a rar archive and upload services like mega.

You’ve triangulated the mesh which makes it a pain to work with. So much so that it’s better to deal with that issue first.

If you want to turn that mesh to quads, you could start by selecting all in edit mode and alt+J, then manually work areas that didn’t convert well and remove all triangles and n-gons. You could also do a retopology pass, making a new mesh on top of the existing one, or you could start over.
