Possible reasons for a rendered mesh not to be kept?

I am rendering a scene by groups of meshes, as it seems it’s too much a load for my rig and settings :frowning:
Except when I try to render the last mesh (a simple 15 faces mesh), Cycles does render it but once it’s done it does not keep it, it’s gone!
I have tried both Branched Path Tracing, and Path Tracing.

This are my specs: Ubuntu 13.10, Blender 2.70, from Builder.blender.org, Ram: 7gb, GeForce 560 2Gb + Geforce 520 (not in SLI),

Any ideas?

You mean image is not being kept in UV editor window, yes?
