Fancy borders on Cycles alpha texture

Hey guys,
[excuse my bad englisch - I’m so native speaker]

I had to do a puzzle picture for a customer with a logo in the center.

So i did the puzzle, but when adding the logo with a texture and rendering it in cycles I noticed a tiny border around the plane it’s on.
here you see it (on top the solid layout of the scene, beneath close ups on the borders marked):

I wondered if it set the texture up wrong, but no, it’s just like other internet tutorials tell you to do, and they look fine!
So i tried making the plane a block, I tried using the .png in combination with a alpha texture, but this still remains.

I read about some pre-multiply stuff online, but I can’t find the options to set in cycles?

Concluding all this:
I am clueless! Is there someone out there experiencing the same problems, maybe knowing a solution to this?

Thanks

In Scene>Light Paths
Change Transparency Max and Min value for something higher (like 128 max and 32 min).

And increase render samples if You can.

150 samples with 128 max transparent bounces and 32 min.

Tanks, and okay i tried that:

and it made it better, but still there is a visible border:

I even tried values like 1024 Max and Min.
But that did not help either.

I already edited the finished picture with photoshop, removing those borders, so there is no hurry anymore solving this.
But never the less it would be nice to know what happens here…

Any further suggestions?
