Zbrush HD Geometry Errors (Artifacts)

Hi guys! I’ve been working on HD Sculpting (high definition detail sculpting) this model for a very long time (in Zbrush), but just recently I discovered that no matter where I sculpted HD Geometry, after I came back to the sculpted area (with all the stored HD geometry) a HUGE amount of sharp artifacts appeared on wherever I sculpted even little and faint details.

There is a huge amount of lost detail as if someone exported the sculpted detail as alow quality 8bit JPG image, and imported it back to Zbrush.



I’m quite sure that i’m not the only one who experimented these artifacts while sculpting HD Geometry, so if there is any help or a solution, I would really appreciate! :yes:

Known bug. Maybe a32 bits limitation.

Is there a way to fix this?
