For your Viewing pleasure, the actor Rig

Mocaping-

These aren’t animations, these are Wrectified project updates showing gameplay.

A 3D animation is something you don’t interact with and is made using a render engine like BI and Cycles, the videos are gameplay demonstrations which are probably in the wrong forum. Now there is a type of realtime animation known as machimina, but to qualify for that requires the strict following of a script.

You can mocap all of this with record, and render in cycles

(it’s rigid bodies targeted by armatures)

notice how it’s walking using physics, this means with a proper setup you can animate…

See?
I can mocap and then render if I choose,

I play the game, record the animations, and can render when I see fit with whatever settings,

see I am animating

render using blender internal

I need to delete some key frames on the rig (bend over) this is for a in game feature and is unused anyway, (pick up item off ground animation)

This if done better could save hours of animations, and I think you can check “don’t record” somehow,

so the (game)player just walks etc follows prompts drawn in the scene aka “acts”, then the animator moves the hands mouth etc, inserts dialog.

My Pc / machine is not cutting edge by any means btw
