This is beautiful, fantastic job. The only thing that throws me off a little is the purple cloth, it seems way too specular to me.
nice image, rich colours and contrast.
For a cartoony scene it looks pretty good, if you were going for something more realistic though then it could’ve gotten by with less glossiness for some materials as well as more translucency. The background, while I understand it’s meant to look painted, also almost looks like .jpeg or compression artifacts in places.
You had a clever idea with the lattice deform for the lollipop heads though.
