(SOLVED)Rigid Body "Bake to keyframes"

This was BUG, solved by BF developers. THANK YOU !

Hi,

My name is Kamil, I work for a company that use Blender for few project’s.

Now We make some little animation’s for an Android application. I’m responsible for the animation’s, and for the Blender stuff.
When making one effect, mainly glass brake by a ball. I have problem’s with exporting it with our exporter.

But the problem itself isn’t in the exporter, it is in Blender. Take a look what happens with f-curves after baking simulation data from rigid body, and also take a look at the same piece of glass, but exported via FBX to 3DSMax.

Is there any possibility to fix this in Blender? This is a bug? Why rotation’s go so crazy?
I think this also will be a problem with motion blur rendering.

An example blend file before and after baking ?

Yes off course, here they are.

2 blend files, baked and with simulation.

Kamil.

Hmm, can anyone help with this?

I have this too from time to time - i think it’s a bug.

I solved it by re-do the Rigid-body Simulation (bake it). I found the problem arises if the simulation is not baked and you scroll through the animation - at least that was my impression.

I resimulate also, always the same behaviour after bake. Ok I send this to bugtracker.
Thx for take a look at it.
