Hey everyone. I have been toying around with blender for a few days now, and am starting to really like it. (Plus I am able to render some viable objects)
So I took one more step and am playing with photon lamps - but like most tenderfoots, I am having a lot of trouble.
What happens is a bunch of bright dots all around the screen, instead of the effect I intended (a little bright shape behind a glass).
I have read the tutorials, but even with those settings, its all a bunch of dots. Is there any way to smart-blur or eliminate these annoying dots. And combine them into a realistic image?
