I don't know what else blender masters can show us. So my serious aims with 3D graphics for upcoming year are (list is adequate to difficulty level, but is quite subjective from my side):

1.Beat ID Software team
2.Produce movie based on Lucas Arts Demo Reel specification
3.Bring Black and White Sience Fiction comics art to 3D art/movie
Private:
4.Build or rather join one of the best graphic teams

Now i have to take a little rest from computers for a week.

Those are some pretty ambitous resolutions for the new year! Good luck.

I would recommend you concentrate on 2-4, I don't think 1 sounds very realistic :o

mine are simple, but numerous
1- finish a very basic project
2- finish some docs I should have done last year :-|
3- improve animation / lighting / composition / directing / effects skills
4- get 30-50 % completion on a not so basic project
5- write a script for a project too big for one person :D
6- find a way to spend more time blending....
7- buy a house!

Hmmmm, It took me a while to figure out this "challenge"

I guess the main ones have to do with the slew of unfinished projects I have :-|

- Finish loft apartment model
- Finish VW Bus model
- Finish Cheongsam tutorial
- Finish Roundhouse model
- Finish Cafe mode

Others are:

- work on some more tutes/docs/how-to's (either on my own, for the knowledgebase, or ???)
- work on fashion show animation (long term project)(supposing the new MakeHuman ever gets posted/finished %| )
