Okay, so it took me a little longer than I thought to getting the voting system ready. The wait is over...

Use this link to access the voting page. I will be monitoring the whole process and checking any votes that look questionable. Please, no monkey business, people. ;)

Voting closes midnight this Friday May 21 (Pacific time USA -- which is -9hrs from central Euro time0.

I couldn't get Samir's entry (#19) to show up from the voting links.

Only THREE?
Yes, the voting is tough. I wish you could pick 3 and maybe an extra 7 for honorable mention or something just to recognize their efforts.

3 votes is I think just about right ;) Too bad we're not seeing the outcome or current standings :( but I understand.

BTW.. why's S68's entry a non voting one???

Thanks for pointing out the problem with Samir's image. It's fixed now.

The top three came about because in a real F1 race only the top three stand on the podium. :D

Meee god!! voting took my nearly an hour, but i wanted to make everybody justice and went through the images a few times and always cancelling the least best. That was some hard stuff, a lot (really _a LOT!_) of the entries are exceptional. Great contest!!!

Voting is officially closed (okay, well last night around midnight)!!!
I was absolutely astounded by the number of votes this year! THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to participate!

That said...

I will be "private messaging" the top five through the Elysiun web site to request Blend files. The top places were very close and I think there are a few surprises in store. I ask a wee bit of patience while I "take care of business".
Maybe I will do this again next year (and actually finish my own damn F1!)! :D

Thank you to all of the Blenderheads who entered and voted in this year's Challenge! It was alot of fun! Some of the voting was close but XWarrior came through to defend his F1 title!
