I have a question about Adobe Premiere:
If I have a video, where the camera is NOT moving, and only one character IS moving; is there a way to import an image [where the character is NOT in it] and put the video [with the character] into Premiere, so that it recognizes the pixels as being the same, thus removing them?
So,
Image of Guy - Image of just the background of Guy = Only Guy

If you use Targa (tga) frames for your animation from Blender then you'll have just the character and whatever background you put in the other chanel with fill the void. I used this technique in FinalClut Pro, so I assume it will work in Premier as well.

but can I do that with video from "real life"? [in the first post]

you will have to film it with a solid green or blue background, and then use the chroma key to filter it out

ok, thank you
[I was trying to avoid it, but I guess it's unavoidable] :(
