This is a huge pack of high quality textures.
Dirt maps, terrain maps, bumps, metals, masks...

Huge download, but worth every byte...

They are in a strange format, but the software to convert them can be downloaded there

Woudl not happen to be willing to help a new guy at this know how to unpack these textures for use in blender?

Sure, download IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com) and batch convert them to a more suitable format for use with Blender.
