Wow, very cool....I think there is another that makes trees as well, though I'm not sure what it's called. I have run across it a couple of times while looking for other stuff. Will post it here when I run across it the next time. I think I'll go download that plant studio.

Ah that's the one. yes. Anyway, I picked up plant studio. not bad. It exports DXF and VRML1.0, so no problems importing into blender. I have made but one plant thus far, but it turned out pretty well, and it gives you about 20 or more different parameters to specify, so you can make an approximation of just about any plant you can think of, or dream up. I was pretty pleased with it. Especially since plants are generally a pain in the butt to make.

here are a couple of plants I made with it. these are my first two attempts,...varied the size and rotated them a bit. I think I may add some bugs and do a little animation.
