I read through EnV's tut (http://www.enricovalenza.com/textall.html) on how he textured the allosaurus and thought to try it on something myself, but there is a feature in gimp that has moved.
We must cut the template to
properly fit the " texspace " of the model...
So, select the background of the template
with the Magic Wand tool and invert the selection.
Then go to " Image ", " Transform ", " Crop & Resize "
There is no Crop and resize!
Instead, there is only autocrop, which crops the left side, but nothing else. Doing this manually will probably be a pain in the @$$, so has the feature moved or is there a way to do this any other way?[/quote]
